Founded in Gothenburg in 1999 as Newmad Technologies by five researchers, Diadrom began with telematics and connected products built around Volvo Penta's marine engines, and has spent more than two decades on one problem: not how to build software, but how to understand, control and maintain complex systems once they have left the factory. That insight carried the company into the automotive aftermarket — diagnostics, embedded software, traceability, configuration and lifecycle management — and, from 2012, into defence, where the same questions apply where systems cannot fail. Diadrom sells accumulated knowledge rather than consultant-hours: experience captured in its own products, platforms, modules, methods and training. Publicly listed since 2007 and today trading on Nordic Growth Market (NGM) as DIAH, Diadrom helps organisations control complex systems across automotive, defence, security, industrial and public-transport platforms.
