How our products are licensed
Diadrom adapts the product to your MCU, platform or OEM requirements, and you license the result — the form the Bootloader has taken with Volvo Cars' suppliers since 2016.
Secure software update→An implementation you already run, licensed for a new manufacturer or platform, with no development project attached — as Nippon Seiki did with the Bootloader in 2022.
The release→Diadrom builds your system on the product and maintains it in production — NEVS's workshop diagnostics and Lynk & Co's cloud services are both built this way.
NEVS NDS→Licences are perpetual or term-based, agreed per programme, and other forms can be agreed. Source-code escrow is available. Support and further development run under a maintenance agreement.
What a licence does not include is the engineering to make diagnostics and reflashing work on your architecture, in serial production, under your security model.
