Diadrom AI

Controlled AI on a provable foundation.

AI is only trustworthy in mission-critical systems when it sits on a provable foundation. We build both — the deterministic diagnostics layer that establishes ground truth, and the controlled AI that turns it into faster, safer decisions. It stays on your side of the wire.

Why now

Many talk about AI efficiency. Fewer can talk credibly about AI with control.

In vehicles, defence platforms and industrial systems, control is the product. Here's the gap the AI wave has left wide open — and why Diadrom is the one company that can close it.

The problem

Everyone's told to "adopt AI."

OEMs, Tier-1s and defence primes are under board-level pressure to show AI in development, diagnostics and sustainment — while operating under R155/R156, ISO/SAE 21434, export control and classification.

The consequence

A hallucinating model is a liability.

The market is flooded with vendors who can talk about efficiency but not about control. A cloud LLM that trains on your data isn't a productivity tool in these environments — it's a risk.

The solution

AI on a foundation that can be proven.

An AI recommendation is only as trustworthy as the reference truth it's measured against. Diadrom already owns that reference truth — and can add the models on top.

The right to speak

Diagnostics is the discipline of establishing ground truth: the known-good state, which version runs on which unit, and who approved it. That's the substrate AI needs — and the one most AI entrants don't have.

Most vendors have models but no provable substrate. Diadrom has the provable substrate — and adds the models.

The Diadrom AI capability map

Six ways controlled AI runs on the diagnostics you already trust.

Every capability is grounded in existing IP — Diag Studio, Dolphin, DCS, Encrypt and the Autotech Bootloader — plus Diadrom's traceability and lifecycle models. Named methods, not "AI-powered."

01

Predictive & anomaly detection

Flags drift on CAN / UDS / DoIP telemetry before a fault code is set — and checks every flag against the known-good baseline Diadrom already maintains.

02

Diagnostic copilot (RAG)

Symptom to cause faster, by retrieving from your own ODX, UDS definitions, service manuals and DTC databases. Runs in your perimeter; every answer cites its deterministic source.

03

Lifecycle & drift detection

Which unit diverges from the approved baseline, which SBOM element changed, where the field state no longer matches the release of record — fused with Diadrom's traceability heritage.

04

Test intelligence

AI helps generate, prioritise and triage test cases in Dolphin's automated chain — grounded in historical pass/fail data. AI helps the team test; it doesn't replace sign-off.

05

Remote & self-diagnosis

SOVD-ready, service-oriented diagnostics for software-defined platforms and OTA/FOTA flows — with an explicit air-gapped mode for defence: self-diagnosis without cloud dependence.

06

Sovereign / on-prem by design

Local LLMs, a governed retrieval layer, strict data boundaries, role-based access and full audit logging. Prompts, files and vehicle data are never used to train anyone's model.

EncryptBootloader
The decisive feature
Integration-aware by design

Designed around the open standards your platforms and coalitions already run on.

Diadrom AI is never a black box. It is designed to reason over — and hand off to — the standardised interfaces your automotive and defence programmes already use.

At the fusion / decision node

On a SAPIENT-aligned architecture, Diadrom AI can sit where sensor feeds become decisions — ingesting Autonomous Sensor Module data over the published interface, reasoning under Attest, and handing off to C2/C4 over Link 16, MIP / JC3IEDM and Federated Mission Networking. On the platform side it can consume the NGVA data model — including Health & Usage Monitoring — as the provable substrate it reasons over.

Integration-aware by design: these standards are named as reference interfaces and implementation targets. This is not a claim of certification, accreditation, customer deployment or ratified-standard compliance.

How we say it

We don't say "AI." We say what it does.

The credibility floor is standards and provenance. Diadrom AI copy names the method, the standard and the human who signs off — never the hype.

Generic AI hype — avoid
"AI-powered platform transforms your business."
"Leverage the power of generative AI."
"Our AI predicts failures with high accuracy."
"Cloud AI for everyone, always up to date."

Control & architecture

Your data. Your models. Your call.

Dual-use means the same discipline whether it runs in a workshop or a command post. These are the architecture choices Diadrom AI is designed around.

We call the control principle Attest — from attestera, to formally sign off. The principle is simple: no recommendation reaches action without a provable, approved, audit-logged step. Attest names the method that sits under Diadrom AI.

On-prem, EU or air-gapped

You decide where the model lives and what it can touch. Inference-time residency, not just storage. Nothing phones home.

No training on your data

By contract, not by trust. Your diagnostics, code and prompts never become someone else's model.

Human-in-the-loop, by Attest

Diadrom AI recommends and ranks. A person attests every baseline before anything changes or reaches a live feed.

Traceable & auditable

Who asked, what the model saw, what it answered, what happened next — a record you can defend, with explainability built in.

The living model

The model already exists. Diadrom AI makes it decide.

DiagStudio already holds the living model of a platform — components, versions, relationships and suppliers, built for years of service and tracked changes. Diadrom AI reads that model and turns it into calls you can defend: rank a safe replacement before a baseline ships, map a CVE to the exact ECUs it touches, flag the unit that has drifted from the approved release.

Human-in-the-loop by design. Diadrom AI recommends and ranks — a person attests every baseline. Nothing changes on a platform, and nothing reaches a C2/C4 feed, without sign-off.
